Ray Almond is a retired pediatric physical therapist and rehabilitation (hospital) administrator. He worked for nonprofit organizations for 32 years.

His genuine passion for The Haiti Village Project stems from accompanying his son, Corey, to Wozye, Haiti, on five occasions over the last ten years. When he is not building or fixing something his eight grandchildren and his wife of 51 years fill his days.
